Just wondering if it's possible to force all the water out of the cooling system using an air compressor? If your ski has the flush fitting back by the jet plate, could you use a blow gun to force all the water out of the lines and engine? Would some air be lost where the flush line meets the venturi intake? It'd be nice to bypass using antifreeze.

that likely won't do it, as the antifreeze is intended to keep the residual water from freezing over winter, which breaks stuff. also unless you have a fairly fancy shop air system with driers and all, you're almost as likely to add moisture to the system rather than remove it.

There is no way you would get all the water out by just blowing air through the system. Plus I would be worried the pressure may damage the diaphragm in the regulator as well.

That's exactly what I did yesterday, plus added anti-freeze. Check out my link and pictures. Worked great.
