anyone know best and safest way take decals off boat

I'm looking to replace all decals on boat anyone recommend the best way without damaging boat. Also what the best stuff to clean boat get brown stains off the white gel coat . Also Bottom Of Boat Lots Of Stains AND Around Jet Pump

Your local auto parts store will have a spray can with liquid specially designed for decal removals - it is not quite magic as you spray the edges and scrape and pry gently until you have it all off.
 
As long as they aren't too old they will peel off by pulling one one to the other. If that doesn't work heat helps a ton. And if they still don't come off use the 3m wheel xintersecty recommended. I have removed too many mail box stickers over the years and they are about as bad as they come.

As for the stains. I have had great luck with Wal-Mart Hull Cleaner. Just wipe it on and tannin stains disappear by themselves.
