Anyone in New Orleans North Shore area? I need a comparison.

Since this is my first Seadoo I have no basis for comparison on how it's running. I don't think it's right but don't know what "right" should feel like. Are there any riders around the Covington area with a Seadoo model similar to my 97 SPX? I need to get together with someone to see what mine should sound and behave like.

Slidell

I'm in Eden Isles in Slidell. I think my GTi is quite a different animal though. I'm a beginner, and can understand why you question whether one of these things is running right from the sound.

I have been told that rattly/grindy engine sound is quite normal, and it goes where I point it, at speeds that are good enough for me.

I'm finding a few things wrong with mine that may be hurting the performance. I'd really like to find a very similar model to mine. I've ridden a few other brands and they all sound different.

i live in belle chasse... (new orleans) basiscally... ive a 97 seadoo gtx. same engine i believe but not sure. 787? anyway i jus bought the ski so im still learning it too. cross feed is always good lol.
