This video is a sample of the storms that seem to come out of no where and why I use a Danforth S-600 anchor, 6 feet of chain, 100 feet of rode, and a Cooper anchor on the tail with 3 feet of chain and 50 feet of rode.
When the storm passed and the river calmed down, a quick check of the skis showed all good.
