Alarm Buzzer

I have a 97 Seadoo GS and i need the overheat alarm buzzer, I read somewhere on here that you could buy a replacement from Radio Shack? I called them asking about a Buzzer of any type and they said they dont sell any buzzers just doorbells(not very friendly or helpful in my city) Does anybody know the part # for one that would work?

I don't know the part number, but I know like 30 seadoo owners have gotten them there cheap. If no one chimes in today, I'll call tomorrow and get you a part number and post it for you. Last resort, you could do is get on line; http://www.seadoowarehouse.com/

I need one of these too for my boat, do I want a pulse buzzer or a regular one? Pulse buzzers draw about 10 or 12 mA, whereas normal buzzers are about 150mA.

Here is the part # for the buzzer from another member;

I used Radio Shack 12VDC Chime #273-071. It fits in where the old chime goes but is a bit smaller.
