Makes it richer--> may lose top speed rpm-->foul plugs when at idle for long periods.
Questions is why do you have it richen it? Are the plugs tan when you chop test them??

Yes i want richer because the cylinder block
Is little hot maybe 150 degrees but the head and pipe are really cold
Or is normal what the cylinder get this temperature

This is normal, and it's why you cannot use TCW-3 ash-less oil for low-temp engines but must use low-ash oil for high-temp 2-stroke engines.

It's very good you are checking this though, to become familiar with your ski as you should.
