99 GTX RFI- Is fuel filter replaceable?

In service manual (section 06-05-18 p.52), it said "The fuel filter is not serviceable. Replace fuel pump assembly if fuel fuel filter must be replaced. I just wondering how come it couldn't replaced and since this RFI only have one fuel filter and it's dirty . Costly for replace the whole fuel pump assembly. Please advise also show how to replace just the filter if possible. (Fuel filter part# 219700368)

Hey...look'n at the diagram, cant see why you just remove what looks like the baffle, and replace the filter at the bottom...give'n that it has a part number, that tells me you can order just that???
