99 GTX LTD BN46i carb hose assembly

Hello all,

My carb is missing the hose assembly, is this required? If yes, what does it connect to going off the carb? Guessing it's just overflow but not sure.

its called and accelerator pump and yes you need it unless your carbs have been modified to remove it

It connects to the accelerator pump.

The 951 carbs are basically an emissions carb and it is really difficult to jet them to run clean off the bottom and not load up without the accelerator pump like you can with the 787. It can be done but is much easier to keep the pump on a stock ski.
