Need expert advice.

Symptoms: 15A fuse labelled battery on the MPEM keeps blowing.

First, I unplugged the two plugs that connect to the rectifier with no luck. Fuse still blows. Only way to keep 15A fuse from blowing is to disconnect the plug that connects to the top of the electrical box that contains the ignition coil and starter relay. Any clue what the root cause may be? Thanks in advance.

You have a short to ground some where. Might be in that electrical box that contains the ignition coil and starter relay. Can it be opened? Do you have an ohm meter?

The problem is the starter solenoid is more than likely bad and causing power to go back to the mpem and blowing the fuse. Check the starter solenoid.

Can I remove the starter relay and have it tested? Can I test it my self or do I need to take it to somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.
