98 Seadoo GTX limited shuts off after 20 mins Please help

Hello, i have a 98 gtx limited. I got this ski with a locked up motor. i put a new top end in and took it to the lake. It runs fine fo about 20 mins. and than everything shuts down. It will start up and run fine for another 20 mins and than do the same thing. i changed all the grounds, power cables, dess post, new key, it is charging, new batt, changed all the fuses front and rear, cleaned all the terminals, unpluged sensors etc. i am ready to sink it and go back to my boat. I even tried a ice pack on the mpem to see if it was getting hot. Please help.

It may be seizeing from no lubrication. Wood block up under the engine so you can pull the magnito cover. Any plastic marballs? The plastic oil
drive may be failed. Check your coils for discolorization, metal particles need to be vacuumned out. Check the trigger. Do a compression test.

What do you think needs lubrication? I am losing electric. I tried unplugging all the gates and sensors but get the same problem. I am thinking it is the mpem.
