hello i need help my 98 gtx limed just had engine rebuild a week ago and i bought it yesterday the vts is stuck down you can press up/down and you hear a clicking noise under rear seat but does not move 2nd after 30 min in water i have about 2 to 3 inches of water in the vessell can anyone help me please and if i have a 12v low on and drive seadoo will it charge on its on thanks in advance new to seadoos
