I have a 98 gtx limited. It was having some issues, so I went through and rebuilt the motor completely. New wear ring, new solas 15/20, new fuel lines, and carb kits. I have to bump the throttle to get it up to RPM once there, it seems like the jet pump isn’t unloading unless it pops out of the water. I am 6500 feet elevation, so I don’t know if I need to work on trying to find new jets/different impeller or if I’m missing something. Thanks

Where is your trouble actually coning from? Did you put new lines in, replacing gray tempo?
Did you rebuild and clean carbs?
What is the jetting? What do you have the high and low needles set to?
Does it idle IN / OUT of the water snd at what RPMS for both?
Are your rave valves properly reassembled?
Water lines all routed? Any hot spots on the engine?
Hope all the seals are in!
