98 gsx 951 unseized motor

hers the deal....i had a seized motor w/ water left in the engine. with about 4 hrs of labor i got it unfroze...the head cap is off. as i turn the engine, water and milky oil is discharging from the piston bores, as i put about a quart of tranny fluid in the motor to unlock. heres the question is there a discharge plug somewhere, can i evacuate the system somehow, can i put something in the block to dissolve the remains and loosen whats left inside or maybe a heat gun directed inside the bottom of the bore

You have to disassemble the engine and completely rebuild it. You will have rusty bearings that will not last. If you don't take it apart now, it will come apart by itself.
