I just have a quick question about what synthetic grease I should use to fill the boot were the driveshaft goes to the wheel with the nipple on read the manual and it doesn't really say a specific brand just synthetic . I went out and bought 2 types mobil 1 synthetic and green grease synthetic polymer ep grease . Which one would work better for me .

Either one, it's not that critical. As long as grease is there ur good to go

The " wheel with nipple " is the PTO ( power take off )

When you pump grease in there you can watch the driveshaft move back slightly. Don't pump much you don't want to push out grease from the rubber seal clamps area

Every 3-5 rides I get the grease gun out and grease the pto zerk. ( zerk is the term for the grease fitting )

I been bringing this jet ski back to life whenever I have spare time , had been sitting for over a year and with the help of this forum and members I been getting it back to running condition, my last time out it was running good until the hose connected from exhaust to waterbox burned a hole in it , I've read it has something to do with water regulator valve so I go a new one , also this Sunday I plan on cleaning the rave valves and changing the jet pump oil , hopefully after this it would ride smooth and no more burnt hoses.
