You need to add you seadoo model and year to your avatar so we can see it when we answer your question...I don't have time to keep looking for your information each time I answer. What beep sequence or codes is it displaying?

you could have a problem with the oil tank pressure, could be a problem with the rave valves. hard to tell!!! could be the battery. there are alot of things that throw one into limp mode. holding the "mode" button for 5 seconds then "set", should reset everything, codes and such. i was told batteries are everything in seadoo's. more voltage = more speed. could be a battery issue?????? shot in the dark my friend!!

mine has always had hi-temp and low oil notifications. they would come and go almost everytime i ride.....maybe thats why she shelled!!!! hahahahah

hi-temp warning

My 2003 GTI LE RFI does the same thing and getting worse. Now it does it after running only a few minutes, if that long. Once you stop, you have to let it cool down over night, although it never felt particularly hot. Would this be the water temp sensor, or water pump? It only has 78 hours on it, but has been doing this to some degree since I bought it with 60 hours on it. Nice machine, but my next will be a Yamaha or Kawasaki.
