97 gsx blows 5 amp fuse

Needing pics of how to repair a 97 gsx mpem. I am short on cash right now so getting a $600 replacement is not a option. Any help? pics would help me alot.

The diode is next to the 5amp holder. Usually the potting has 5 & 15 written over the Diode's location.
