Re: 1997 Seadoo challenger throttle cable:
Hi All,
Is it possible to repair a broken throttle cable? The end of the cable that attaches to the control assembly appears to be a one piece unit consisting of the small retainer knob (which keeps the cable in place) and shaft about 2mm diameter and 50mm long. The cable broke at the point where it enters the shaft. Is this a crimped connection or cast? Has anybody seen this type of cable repaired?
Cheers,
Rocky
