96 xp rear cylinder full of oil

my 96 xp has been sitting for 2 years and when I tried to start it yesterday the motor wouldn't turn. I took out the spark plugs and it would spin over but the rear cylinder was full of oil. could the oil pump have leaked into the cylinder after all this time?

seal...

not the oil pump, but the inner seal leaked, which you'll need to rebuild it...crank assy.
