Hey guy's,
First time poster looking for advice. Have reveiwed many threads and have not seen a problem like mine , so here we go.
Ski hesitates at WOT then takes off and runs fine. If slowly rolling the throttle on, rev's just fine. Have not cleaned the carbs and still have the gray fuel lines. High speed is good low speed is good just the hesitation when you want to hit it.
Thanks guy's looking forward to chatting with you.::confused:

cheange those fuel lines they gum up, then see how it does, if still the same rebuild your carbs and change your fuel filters

agree with above. Can you also tell us if this does it all the time, or maybe after just running through a no wake zone for a bit? Is it loaded up and coughs a bit or is it more lean and just falls on its face when you smash the gas?

Just started end of last summer and is pretty constent.
It does not cough but just falls flat for a couple of seconds then blasts off.
To lean?

No, Just when you let all the way off the throttle then mash it. It just goes completly flat and then zooms. It will do the same thing from a stop.
Not cavitation.

maybe the accel pump on the carb not giving it the shot it needs. Sounds like lean spot until the gas can catch up with the air.

Probably a rebuild / cleaning is due anyway.
Will replace those lines while at it.
Can you suggest where to p/u a kit?

lots of people use the parts link at the top right of this site. I use Parker yamaha since there close to me, decent price, and can get me most anything I need for my boat.
