96 xp cranks but does not fire

Here are some more pictures. I am not sure what could have caused this to happen. I have checked the oil pump for proper operation, it checked okay.
I'm considering the oil used may not have been the proper one, or perhaps a lean mixture which made it run hot. Any other ideas out there?
Thanks Seadoosnipe, is the ratio always the same? 2 to 1, Example, boring sleeve (1.5mm) to shaving valve(.75mm) , Thanks for all your help guys!

Oil....boring...

Yes....When you bore over that 1.5mm, your changing the diameter of the piston to that size. But the radius is going to be .75. So, that means, you'll have to take that .75 from the RAVE too.
