96 spx idle issue

So the idle js 1400 out of water and changing the idle screw doesnt change anything.

Im thinking this is an issue with the carbs being out of sync or one cylinder isn't firing during idle.

You can get it to rev up high.

Are you sure you’re adjusting the idle screw and not the mixture screws?
