I have a brand new battery, all my fuses are good, but every time i hit the start button all that happens is my starter relay clicks and the starter never turns over. checked voltage before and after the relay and at the starter when you hit the start button you get 12 all the way down the line. any suggestions

Brushes are worn out in the starter.
Not hard to replace and cost about $30.
Use a 400 grit sandpaper to clean the armature commentator (the copper ends that the brushes rub on) and cleanout between the grooves
Just did mine and works good now.

no that's not it, i can by pass the solenoid and it turns over great! the front RELAY goes click then un-click and that's it. if i sounded rood im not trying to be, i'm just trying to make yall understand my problem.

If you can bypass the solenoid and it turns over it is probably your solenoid that is bad.
Good luck with that.

still got problems

i yanked the starter out and cleaned everything still havein same problem even if i try and jump the relay nothing happens it still just clicks
