Posted earlier about it being very smokey, aside from that, it's leaking out a nasty mud looking substance (assuming oil and water or gas mix) from the right side exhaust looking at the back of the ski....this one hasn't been ran in the water since last summer after winterizing, but I've never seen the muddy stuff comin out...thoughts?...I'm looking to sell these to get a newer one but I want to sell a good product to the buyer

Yea, that was my post I'm sure you seen, I just wanted to add the muddy soote part to refreshing the post, incase that changed any opinions

I agree with above response, you need to splash that ski and go for a ride then go from there. I'm not convinced there's anything wrong and a water test ride is the only right way to sell or buy a ski anyway.. Buyer must ride it to be certain it's functional unless it's being sold cheap, as a parts ski.

Your buyers are picky-ier than mine. 15+ sales and one water test. I must have an honest face :)y

No more water tests for me either after a big fatty (easy 350) wanted to take my spx out last year. I thought the damn thing was gunna sink. I had driven an hour to meet him, and he said it had a "low end knock". Okay whatever. Nope. No more for me

Here in Cali I have never asked, been asked or even heard of anybody doing a water test before sale. Probably because we don't have any water in our lakes LOL.
