96 Seadoo SPI Cracks by Jet Pump

I've had cracks in the jell coat on my 96 Seadoo SPI for years and have put some 2 part epoxy on it every two years or so. Was told by some on here they are only in the jell coat and not structural. Now there are slight cracks are around the steering linkage hole in the hull as well. I use JB Weld Plastic Bonder to repair my sportbike fairings and wonder if this would work better than the 2 part epoxy for the cracks, because the 2 part epoxy holds the crack from spreading for a year or so but needs reapplication after that. Anyone have any experience with this issue and what may be better?
