96 gtx starting issues

1996 GSX, turns over good but not starting. I have fuel and fire. Pulled one of the plugs and grounded it to the block and had good spark. Plug had fuel on it when I pulled it out. Question is this: My battery shows 12.4 volts with no load and drops to 10.1 volts when I try to crank the ski. Is it possible that little bit of drop is causing me my problems?Also My low fuel light stays on and the gas gauge is not working, what to check first. I looked for a fuse to it, but could not find one. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!!!

There is a small fuse that is hardwired on a circuit board located in the baffle pick-up that is inside your fuel tank. This circuit board feedsback your fuel level. You can either solder the cisrcuit for a permanent short or replace the circuit board. Please see this thread.
