96 gsx still not making a beep

i've made sure the battery is 100% charged, and still get no double beep when i put the key on....

is the ignition box the black one right in front of the battery where the plug wires "black" and positive battery cable "red" are screwed into....

there are to push clips on each side of the box, but when i depress them, the sucker won't budge...is there a bolt or something i'm missing that needs to come out to take the top of this ? are there fuses inside the box ?

hey, that means you got a good seal. there are 4 or 6 or 8 push clips. get a big screwdriver, push in a couple of clips. put the screwdriver between the clips and twist. gently. should move enough that the clip won't relatch. then work your way around the lid. kinda like opening a can of paint.
