Yeah, that pretty much covers it. Except you pull your spark plugs and put a little lube in them also. When you put your anti-freeze in, you'll need to disconnect the outlet hoses and either pinch them to hold in the anti freeze or tie them up above the height of the engine. The engines are designed to drain all the liquid out when removed from the water.
On a personal note, I don't winterize because I live in Alabama, where it doesn't freeze but on occasion, so on these cold days, I use a small watt heat lamp in my engine compatment. Place inside opposite the fuel system. Then I close the engine lid down. Not shut, just down without pinching the cord. Then I lay a tarp over the compartment.
