96 Challenger Runs Great but won't start after sitting on water

As per service bulletin 96-15, it is supposed to be flush
Interesting thanks for pointing that out. I adjusted mine in and it felt like it was smoother. I’ll adjust them back to level. I think the appropriate adjustment is screw all the way in, then unscrew exactly 3 full turns out. I’ll double check.

However, I also read that you should have the water valve adjusted opposite to the raves. So if the raves are flush, the water valve should be screwed in. But I don’t know if this is accurate. I saw a lot of people say this in different threads and forums, but I don’t know if there’s an official Sea-Doo procedure for it.
