takes off from the start and past 1/4 throttle she hesitates and acts like starving for fuel?? I think I'm looking for Carb issues??
Just bought 95XP and 96XP!!
96XP has the OIL IN CYLINERS' problem, still have to clean out and test run first! Any other suggestions on either will be appreciated! Thanku in advance.

Normally... after you clear the oil... it's not a problem until it sits over winter.

The other prob... clean the carbs, filter, and fuel select valve. Also, replace all the gray fuel hoses.

Thanku for your input and I will get on first thing in the am. I forgot to state the gray lines were still there!
I will Post after that! THANKS!!!

95XP Hesitation...Tear Down= Well got down and dirty today found very little trash in Carbs, was expecting more! Did find Pump o-ring laying on bottom of. Started with compress-test and looks fine, around 140 on both, also noticed entire TOP END looked as though it had been Recently Rebuilt with the Carbs!! Oil inject lines were also not stock, Plugs were burnt Perfect, Gray Fuel lines are now history as there was evidence of falling apart! This is ODD, I knew VTS wasn't working and upon inspect, found Main Wire Harness to VTS box, (CUT), with Red and Black wires Reconnected with cheap butt connectors, (Why)???? anyway didn't finish due to Gaskets and More Fuel line tomorrow! With the little trash I did find, I feel as though FUEL is not my main issue for the WOT hesitation/Limp Mode??? Maybe not only issue; Bearing, shaft, prop, and Wear Ring all good! P.S. did see evidence were the Carb Base Gasket could've been suckin Air. Will fix that as well!! Thanks for any input! 96XP Starter button not working, jumped at sel.and cranked over, no more oil however; have not tried to Start it yet.

I've worked on skis in the past... and did find any MAJOR issues in the carbs... but after I was done... they ran fine. Sometimes, a bent gasket, or some tiny piece of junk will keep them from running.
