951DI counter balance seals

I have everything back to neutral. I rotated the weights on the CB shaft to correct the gear. What a pain that was, & probably not nessesary I suppose, but I feel better now.....

That thing's either gonna be smooth as glass, or it's gonna shake like heck! My factory motor shakes more than I think is necessary but that's a pretty big bore for such a light motor so I give 'em a hall pass.

True!

when I got this ski running & before I tore the engine down I was surprised how smooth the DI engine ran compared to all my carbed skis. Of course the engine was doomed because of the horrible "rebuild" that was done. But seemed very smooth on the trailer anyway.

So far, the only engine part I re-used is the block. What a money pit this ones turned into. lol. But I still enjoy it & I am not upside down in it yet......
