95 xp trouble

Hi, my 95 xp wont start, turn over or even have the gauges light up. the batteries good, 5A fuse is good, the other 2 fuses are good, start button works, and everything is plugged in correctly. Does anybody know what else could be wrong? is there another fuse that i do not know about? it sounds like the mpem would be at fault but its new and the 5A fuse is fine. the gauges wont light up without the key on either. HELP!

Check the battery connections, and the ground to the engine by the starter. If it is getting a bad ground it won't have any power.
