I hope someone can help us... I replaced the diaphragm in the fuel pump, had to replace all the exhaust hoses, rebuilt the carb, new fuel filter & housing, & the plugs. The 95 Seadoo GTS still bogs after about 5 min. of running good. Overheating? I've been told that is what is wrong, but we can't figure out why. All the hoses are clear and I even had the head off to look for restrictions. Fuel problem? Is there any chance that one chipped vain on the impeller housing could be the culprit? It's really bad if you try and turn sharp. No power. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Overheating?....

If your overheating, after doing all the work you listed in your post, I'd say your carb may be leaning out.
After rebuilding the carb, did you re-adjust your mixture screw? If so, how did you set it?
How is your oil mixed. By injection or pre-mix? What type oil are you using? Low ash oil, non NMMA oil, I hope.

I don't know how the carb adj. were done. A Seadoo mech. did the work. What would explain the ski running good for 5 or 10 minutes and then limping back, (Luckally) sometimes 2 or 3 miles? The last time I took it out it didn't even run good for 5 or 10.... Do you think it is a cooling problem or a carb or fuel inssue?

It sounds lik a tuning problem. The seadoo will always ned fine tuning after the carbs are adjusted.
