I have a 94 xp I am working on. I have gas, i have oil and air, but no spark. I changed the cdi box, cut the wires back, checked the fuses turns over but no spark? any ideas?

What should be next ? I have a parts ski I have been robbing from so thats not a problem.

Thanks

magneto?

Wuussssuuuppp!!! how you been timmy?

You are talking about the part behind the flywheel right?
what about the small square box with a bolt through it by the coil what is that?

YOUR KILL'N ME SMALLZ......., MOMMA, YOU'VE BIN BAD...lol, that square thing is the rectiifier, and yah, stator assy is behind the flywheel, 5min get da that....yah right.
Stud, I have yet to hear, that a bad rectifier will allow no spark at plugs...?
you know...No spark=coil, cut wires, bad ground, ignition coil,...late.

Data

boobie trap .thats what I said boodie trap... DATAAA

ok really so I need to come from the plugs trace to the coil.. possibly the stater?

lol....rv.....bulletholes..., alright, plug wires end up at coil. You've cut wires back 1/4in from boot side?wires arent croosed up?Have the wire connected to coil from mpem/ecu/i?Battery full? Grounds, connections at battery, new plugs, checked?....and still nothing?........wait til later this evening, maybe see spark?
You've had these motors/skis apart before, you recall the condition of flywheel housing internally, or stator assy? Was there rust stains anywhere, you know, indication that water seeped in...

I havent pulled the cover on this one yet. I havent had time still keep working on the other two, I am just trying to figure it out without going full bore on it saving time lol.
