92 xp problems moving

First time owner of a jet ski so this is a whole new world to me. When i bought it i took it out and it only wanted to do about 5mph so i can on here and read that it was the wear ring which was right mine was completely gone there was no rubber left at all so i replaced it and put it back together and took it out yesterday and when i floor it off the line it will come take right off but about 4 seconds later i will have to let off the gas to only about half throttle because it will just hit the rev limiter and only fells like it is running about 20 mph. The question i have now is where to go from here i am wondering it the prop is worn down that i either need to replace it or have it reconditioned. Please let me know your advice. Thank You

did you inspect the condition of the impellor? Might need to "re-seal" everything...pump, ride-plate...etc. All these componants, if not sealed correctly, will give you the outcome, your experiencing.

I did when i pulled it out and it looks like there was some rocks that went through there from the previous owner i will take a pic of the old wear ring and the impeller and post them later on today or tomorrow.
