92 XP motor swap

Hi,

I have a 92 XP that needs a motor and electrical box, it has everything else. I have a line on an old SP that has a yellow motor that runs good. If I buy the SP, will I be able to take the yellow motor out along with the electrical box and make it run ok? What do you think?

Yes.....

As long as you do a complete swap, it should work. You may run into a couple other problems, like the motor mount braket may be different, but the bracket from the other motor should bolt right up to it. Look at the pump shaft and make sure they both have the same drive train.........:cheers:
