First time PWC owner here. Bought this 92 last week to hold me and the kids over until we can get something better.

While cleaning out inside the hull I unhooked a hose and I don't know where it goes.

You have the seat off and your looking towards the rear of the craft. Near the top right hand corner is a hose connected to the black exhast thing .. I have attached a picture. Could someone tell me where this hose connects on the opposite end?

Thanks so much.

Just curious, but I have never had a PWC nor ridden one this old, it doesn't handle very well with two people .. and seems to almost throw you at times when turning .. is this true of all older PWC's? I know the newer models I have been on seem to handle much better than this one.

Hi and welcome to the forum i am also a new member to pwc. Could you give us more details on the engine you have to define the location of the pipe. Have you downloaded a shop manual from manual section this may help you.
Regards
Daz

engine

The engine is a 580 Rotax .. I have looked all over the engine and cannot find a missing or open hose connection. The hose is long enough to reach the fuel tank from the rear so it could go anywhere ... I am thinking it may go onto the oil tank but not positive. Didn't make any sense to me to have the oil tank hooked up to what appears to be the exhaust baffle.

Just checked shop manual at Section10 Hull/Body you will see the pipe in question and it goes to the battery as a breather. Hope this helps

Hey Daz I really appreciate it, I don't have the shop manual and I am not a "premium member" here .. I don't know how long I am going to keep this model since it doesn't really allow for 2 of us to ride very well. I am a good 200lbs that combined with one of my children whom are 13 really presses the weight limit. If you have that manual in digital format .. email to me if you don't mind ..

Thank so much!

Ok blue glad to be of help i shall mail you the shop manual this is my first season/year of jetsking and i have learnt so much its unreal. Found this forum to be good but our ski's are very much old now and the majority of people are riding newer ones. But as a first time ski its definatly the correct choice to get started on as the newer ski's go much faster lol

Thanks allot man I really do appreciate it! This was just to hold us over until we get a boat. But we are having fun with this even if we have to take turns. I just don't have the funds to play around like I wish I did ..

I got the 92 Doo for only $950 USD .. it fires right up and runs great ... I have been on newer doo's that I would have to crank and crank to get them running. So all in all if it last us the summer or even a month or two it will have paid for itself considering its $250 a day to rent one here.

Have you got another mail addy as i cant get the shop manual to work on that mail addy it keeps gettin rejected.
