92 gtx no spark

hello iam new to the forum and to seadoo pwc i picked up a 92 gtx cheap got it home motor was lock up got it freed up cranking over really well put the spark plugs in and the starter could not turn it over pulled the head and a jug and seen that the crank case had watery oil in it so i pulled the motor the jet ski came with a differnt motor he had two gtx the hull was bad on it. to get to my point put the new motor in and not getting any spark can some one help me? befor i pull the motor with water in it i check for spark and had it then please help me thanks tim

ok i pulled the black and red wire and got spark so is that black box bad? what are the two relays for? what is dess and mpes, is the black box a cdi box
and what is the coil wire ground thing for sorry for the dumb questions i know nothing about jet skis thanks tim
