8 NGK BR8EIX Iridium plugs

Like the title says, I bought 8 of them from a seller on Amazon for $63 shipped because the NGK parts finder on their website said these were the ones I needed for my Speedster. Evidently, they fit an older model Speedster and not mine...

Anyway, the seller wants me to pay a restocking fee, plus shipping back to them, etc, etc. They're brand new in the box still and I'll sell them to a fellow Sea Doo owner that can use them for $30 shipped to anywhere in the continental US. Let me know if you have any questions about them.

Thanks,
Bill

Question, does anyone know if these plugs will fit in any Seadoo models? If there are no models they even fit in, I'll just pull this post and return them to the seller.

Thanks

For the standard plugs, NGK BR8ES will fit in almost all 2 stroke models i believe. I am guessing these are the same plug, just the Iriidium X version. If you could clarify that is the correct cross reference, I bet someone would buy them.

Thanks man,

If you just go to:

http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_finder/watercraft/make.asp?table=tinboard

And pick Sea Doo, then just pick Speedster, you'll see two X. If you click on the standard one, it will show the BR8ES and if you click the Iridium one you'll see the BR8EIX.

I'd direct link there, but it won't let me...

Yep that shows it. They will fit all 787's and 720's. I think that is most of the 2 stroke engines. So what benefit do they have over the standard plug, im too lazy to look on the site again.

So i decided to go look for myself..lol. They seem to be more of a high performance plug. If you find someone else who wants to split them up. I'll take 4 off your hands for $16 shipped. Thats an extra buck to help cover splitting shipping up.

Here is what their site says:

Iridium IX®

The Spark Plug
Serious Enthusiasts Rely On

Designed specifically for the performance enthusiast. Iridium IX® offers extreme ignitability, improved throttle response and superior anti fouling

Fine Iridium tip ensures high durability and a consistently stable spark
Iridium alloy has extremely high melting point, perfect for today’s high-tech, high-performance engines
Trivalent Metal Plating - superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties
Outstanding acceleration, high fuel efficiency and durability
Ultimate design, technology and performance.

I'd prefer to sell them together, but if someone else jumps in to split them up, I'll do that for you. How many plugs do the older engines have? Mine have 3 per, that's why I needed to order two boxes.
