787 RFI Mid-range bog?

i have an 04 3d with a bad midrange bog. Start and idle perfect, wide open perfect but 1/4 1/2 3/4 throtle it cuts in and out like its starvingfor fuel. I am thinking Throtle Postion Sensor, are they known to go bad or any other ideas?

any one with input? could the Dirty Raves be the problem?

possible...could be stick'n, maybe injectors clogged, filter/s....
