There's no special trick, just pull the choke, since the system is dry it will take a little longer than usual.

Ok I changed the one 1/8 lines on the carbs with clear gas lines and just not sucking the gas to there looks like it has air in the line I pump the throttle and still nothing all my clamps are tight

Since I put clear lines I can see o. The pro carb when u move the throttle cable it hits a button on the carb I guess to pump gas when I do the I get a little gas and air?

it will take a while to purge all the air, you need fuel pump pressure as well to fill the accelerator pump line.
After you run the engine for a bit it will be fine...

Ok after trying to get fuel in the lines boat starts and idles for a min and shuts off I put in a g2 filter and filled it with fuel and attached the hose from the tank and started it run and shuts off, tried to see if any clamps are lose tightened all of them

I noticed I change all the 1:8 lines on the carbs and for some reason they won't fill up. Whe. I pump the throttle I hear gas tryin to pass through and air.

ok i guess this boat doesnt like me i been working on it all day sat and the furthest i got on it was if i disconnect the g2 in line filter from the hose side that comes out of the tank and fill it with gas the boat starts and idles. when i fill it again and hook it up to the line that goes back in the tank boat start and dies.

i also notice some rust in the carbs on the mag side.

Is it a must to do a pop off test if I just took the carbs apart and cleaned them

Also noticed a little rust inside the one carb how do I get it cleaned?

Yes I would thoroughly clean the carbs and set the pop off pressure to factory.

Use carb cleaner or brake cleaner and make sure that no plastic parts come into contact with the cleaner.
