Thanks for the help guys! Do you think the pump seizing up damaged the engine? It did start right up and revved up.

Doubt it. The only thing I would be worried about is the keyway on the flywheel. Since it started up and revved good, I would say run it.

Ok... I took the cone off the pump and notice that is is NOT an anti rattle cone. Would you spend the extra $$ and replace with new anti rattle? Does it really make that much difference? It's a loud boat anyway and I have not noticed a rattle in the pump.

Got my bearing kit today. Where do the two small o rings go???

Here is the shaft from the seized impeller beside a good shaft. There was no sign of any thrust bearings. Had to order a new shaft as this one was toast.
