580cc No Power Question

Guys,

Issues: 1989 SP580. Will start on trailer every time, sounds great. In water starts right up, but absolutely no power. Ski barely moves.

What Ive already done: Full carb rebuild with OEM kit. Fuel lines replaced, fuel tank emptied cleaned, new battery, new plugs, new coil. Also nothing wrapped around drive shaft or impeller.

Compression on both cylinders is 120-125psi.

Going to do a pop off test on the carb, but after that I am at a loss. Any help would be awesome!!!

That is a very low compression reading to expect any power. Symptom also suggests too much air, not enough fuel.
