4" Air Intake

Hi,

I had my Supercharger rebuilt this week with the metal washers (only 21hrs) and my dealer suggested i get the 4" Air Intake. Is this a good decision ? Will I notice any difference ? What does this air intake do for my engine ?

He said it will be an extra $200

It allows you to suck more air, which is suppose to give better performance. there are kits out there to do this for the 4-tecs. Suppose to give you roughly +150 RPMS and a little speed boost. Keep in mind though, these engines have rev limiters, and unless you buy the module to remove it, you may not notice any gain.
