3D Cart flooding when you shut it down after long ride

My 2005 fuel injected 3D Cart just started acting up. It starts and runs great when cold and for good 20-30min rides so long as you dont stop the engine (for gas on the water or a timeout break) will run great. When I stop for gas example, it will not start and the plugs are wet like they are flooded/fouled. If I change out the plugs it starts and seems to run again just fine. When I am done with a successful ride and back at the dock if I pull the plugs they are dry and nice dark brown color like they should be. So it seems like it is temperature related after a long ride and somehow fuel is getting in the cylinders when I stop for a few minutes. When it is 1st started and cold you can start/stop it several times just fine. Anyone have experience with this and a probably cause?
