I installed new battery , 12.75 volts charge, I can hear the solenoid click, then I get 4 beeps meaning the lanyard was left on the post, removed plugs and I can turn over by hand, checked fuses all good, cleaned lanyard and post checked all wires ,
check connections and ground, does it crank with the plugs out? check to make sure you're getting 12 volts to the starter. If you are, tap on the starter a little bit with voltage to it. sounds like a starter problem.
