255/260 sc.

I would like to know the OEM part number for the 255 260 4tec SC(2012). My research said it was the part number in the pic. But that's the same part number as the one currently on my 215 SC(230 SP boat). I am aware that the brp part numbers were eventually replaced or consolidated. I also understand that the SC have the same mounting plate. This pic is obviously the plate that encompasses the SC wheel.

Part number would of been 420881992. That number you see is the number for the housing not the actual part number. What are you trying to figure out with this?

I am trying to determine if the SC 420881992 part was provided to me. When examining the SC I don't see this part number stamped on it.

As you probably know 420881996(2012) is the 215 SC but how would I know the difference between the two if they were sitting next to each other

The inside of the housing is different to allow the larger wheel to sit in it. The other difference would be the wheel itself. For one the end nut sits above the wheel on the 255/260 and recedes into the wheel on the 185/215.
