The boat dont do anything when l move the throttle all the way forward...neither on the water or the trailer.

Test your trigger.

Have you looked at the throttle plates to confirm they are actually fully opening?

Your last fuel filter is the one that looks like a car oil filter.

Oh ok that's the one by the starboard side of the motor...the plates are the little butterflies right?
if are those, them yes they are. what's the trigger? and where is located? Im sorry for the questions and thank you in advanced.

The trigger is what tells the ecu when to fire the spark plugs. It is under the flywheel. The wires come out and down to the starboard side. Then up to a bracket and connector aft of the flywheel. The connector has 6 wires. While you are looking there- is the insulation on the wires good or it crumbly? The old, original units had very poor insulation, even when they were new.

I would check tomorrow...and also the psi at the VST...

Looks like 1800 2001 to me.
Ok so i check the VST 36 psi key on...key off it would drop slowly...now just curious...the boat would start right up even if i push the gear to forward or reverse...maybe the neutral switch is bad?...any ideas?

Sounds like start-in-neutral interlock has failed. Or has been bypassed.
There is magnetic switch on the bottom of the shifter arm. Does your throttle/shift interlock still work?
