21 GTI 130 Impeller Boot issue

Hey guys picked up two 21’s GTI SE 130 for the family. They have 36hrs. Serviced them today, oil changes, plugs etc. crawled back under to spray corrosion spray on driveshaft and saw this. Impeller boot is not completely flat around the driveshaft. Probably been like this since built but now I know about it. Looks like they rolled it when they slide it on the driveshaft, I know there are O rings in there as well to keep water out. Do I leave it until do the wear ring impeller when they are due or pull it apart and replace it now? Any help is greatly appreciated!
