2017 GTX 155 value

I live in Ontario, Canada and I'm currently looking at buying a mint condition 2017 Seadoo GTX 155 with 30hrs on it, owner is 50+ and just didn't use it much. What should I be paying for it? Seller wants 14, 200 cdn, is that too much? what would be fair market value? Thanks for your help, in advance!

That's around $10k usd which is a little high. The prices on used skis has come way down. Even with the low hours on that it is only worth around $7500 usd imo.
