Last year i bought a gti 155 limited and at the end of the season before i put it away i inspected it only to find some design issues that caused the seat to tear and body panel to have the paint rubbed away by the knees drivers knee pushing in on the seat . The dealer will replace the seat but will not repaint/replace the body panels. What can i do to prevents this and the paint from further paint fading. here are some pics.

You are lucky you even got the seat replaced. Seems BRP does nothing for cosmetic issues as they certainly don't want to cover anything. Certainly would not want to buy a jet( same company) off them. They have refused me 2x on stained seat which is common on many late model skis.
